Stage 2 Practical Session
Using the landmarks learnt in session 1 will help you to palpate the muscle origins and insertions. With the aid of elasticated bands as powerful visual aids you will understand functional musculoskeletal movement. The idea of this session is help you locate where muscle origins and insertions are on the body so that you have the knowledge for session 3.
