Assessment of Peripheral Joints
This weekend workshop provides focuses on assessment of the shoulder, hip, knee and ankle.
This workshop is ISRM-accredited, approved by the CThA and the FHT, and provides 14 hours of CPD training.
We will focus on the functional tests used for each of the peripheral joints covered in this workshop.
To put the functional tests into context it is important to be familiar with the structure and function of each of these joints.
We will consider Subjective Phase testing (history taking), Objective Phase testing (functional tests) and how to carry out these systems of analysis practically.
All functional tests will include an active passive and resisted element to determine where the problem lies.
